3. Goods & Pricing

Prices displayed in store include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices and product ranges at any time. Orders placed by phone are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund before delivery.

4. Delivery Service

• Local delivery is available across Hazel Grove and neighbouring SK7 areas.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually delivered the same afternoon; delivery windows are confirmed when you order.
• Delivery is free on orders over £25; a small local fee applies below that threshold.
• Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to the agreed address. Please check orders on arrival and report any issue the same day.

5. Age-Restricted Products

Alcohol, lottery products and other age-restricted items are sold in accordance with UK law. We operate a Challenge 25 policy — if you appear under 25, you will be asked for acceptable photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse any sale of age-restricted products, including at the point of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In addition, we offer a 14-day refund or exchange on unwanted products with a receipt, and immediate replacement of any fresh item that is not up to standard. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perishable goods cannot be returned except where faulty.

7. In-Store Services

Parcel collection, bill payments and top-ups are provided by third-party networks (such as PayPoint and parcel operators). We act as their local agent; the underlying contracts, terms and liabilities for those services remain with the relevant provider. Keep all receipts for transactions made at our counter.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with your use of the website or our goods and services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant goods or services.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
